Direct appointments

A service booking is confirmed only after you receive confirmation. Prices and the agreed service are shown before the appointment.

Cancellation

Please cancel or reschedule at least 24 hours in advance. A late cancellation or no-show may be charged up to the full booked price.

Confido

Services booked through Confido are also subject to Confido’s own booking, payment, cancellation and patient terms.

01

Provider and scope

This website is operated by DPhysio OÜ, an Estonian private limited company with registry code 16467390. Contact: [email protected], +372 5390 3489. Practice contact address: Tõnismägi 3a, 2nd floor, 10119 Tallinn, Estonia.

These terms govern use of the website and private appointments arranged directly with us. A contract for a service is formed when an appointment is confirmed. If a specific written confirmation or mandatory law differs from these terms, that confirmation or law prevails.

Services booked through Confido may involve a separate contract with Confido and are governed by the conditions shown through its booking channel.

02

Website information

The website gives general information about manual therapy, massage, related services, prices and booking. It is not an emergency service and website content is not a diagnosis, prescription or substitute for an individual assessment by an appropriate professional.

Urgent help: if you have a medical emergency or severe, sudden or worsening symptoms, call 112 or seek appropriate urgent medical care.

We take reasonable care to keep information accurate, but availability, descriptions, practitioners, locations and prices can change. Any material detail will be confirmed before the service where required.

03

Booking and appointments

You may request an appointment through Calendly, phone, email or WhatsApp. Please provide accurate contact information and select the service that best matches your needs. If you are unsure, contact us before booking.

A request is not final until it is confirmed. We may suggest a different service, time or provider where this is safer or more appropriate, and we may decline or cancel an appointment for a legitimate reason. If we cancel a directly booked appointment, any amount already paid for that appointment will be refunded unless you agree to another time.

During a session

Please disclose conditions, symptoms, medicines, allergies, pregnancy, recent procedures and other information relevant to safe treatment. Follow reasonable preparation and aftercare instructions, ask questions, and tell the practitioner immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or discomfort. You may withdraw consent to a technique or stop a session at any time.

Treatment and recovery depend on individual factors. No particular result, recovery time or outcome can be guaranteed.

04

Prices and payment

The applicable price is the price displayed for the selected service or otherwise confirmed before the appointment. If an obvious error is found, we will correct it and ask whether you wish to continue with the corrected price.

Payment method and timing are communicated at booking or at the practice. Where an invoice is issued, it must be paid by the due date shown. You are responsible only for fees that were made clear before they became payable.

The website itself does not currently process online payments.

05

Cancellation, lateness and no-shows

Please cancel or reschedule a directly booked appointment at least 24 hours before its start time. If you cancel later or do not attend, we may charge up to 100% of the booked service price, provided that this rule was made clear before the booking became binding.

We consider exceptional circumstances reasonably. If you are late, the session may need to be shortened to avoid delaying the next client; the original price may still apply. Contact us as soon as possible if plans change.

Nothing in this section removes any cancellation, withdrawal, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited.

For an appointment booked through Confido, use Confido’s cancellation process and check the conditions shown there; its policy may differ.
06

External booking and communication services

The website links to services operated by other organisations, including Calendly, WhatsApp, Google Maps, Facebook, Instagram and Confido. Their platforms, availability and data practices are controlled by them, not by us.

Use of those platforms is also subject to their terms and privacy information. We are not responsible for an external service itself, but this does not affect any responsibility we have for our own conduct or for personal data that we control. The Privacy Policy explains these data flows in more detail.

07

Consumer rights and complaints

Please raise any concern promptly at [email protected] so we can review it and propose a solution. Include the appointment date and a clear description, but do not send unnecessary health information through ordinary email.

If you are a consumer resident in Estonia and a dispute with an Estonian trader is not resolved directly, you may apply to the independent Consumer Disputes Committee. You may also use any court or remedy available under mandatory law.

Nothing in these terms excludes statutory consumer rights.

08

Acceptable use, liability and governing law

Acceptable use and intellectual property

You may view and share links to the website for lawful personal use. Unless law permits otherwise, do not copy substantial content, use the site to send malicious code, attempt unauthorised access, disrupt its operation, or misrepresent our content or identity. Text, design and branding remain protected by applicable intellectual-property law.

Availability and liability

We may maintain, change or temporarily suspend the website. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect loss caused solely by website unavailability, an external platform, or reliance on general website information instead of obtaining an individual assessment.

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it cannot legally be limited, including liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or death or personal injury where exclusion is prohibited.

Law, changes and severability

Estonian law applies, without restricting mandatory protections available to a consumer under applicable law. Courts have jurisdiction as determined by mandatory procedural rules. If one provision is invalid, the remaining provisions continue to apply.

We may update these terms for changes in services, law or providers. The version in force when a directly booked appointment is confirmed applies to that appointment unless a change is required by law or expressly agreed with you.

Need to change a booking?

Contact us as soon as possible. Please use the same name and contact details as in the booking.
